MaxiDAS DS808 "update all" corrupting modules for random makes

    MaxiDAS DS808( SN:DS7*****1398) won't load the Mercedes -Benz module.  After selecting the BENZ icon, the scanner reboots itself each time. All other modules seem to work fine.  I have tested this on 3 different MB cars, same thing.  If I select the ODBII and run it on the same MB vehicle, it works fine.  It appears to be isolated to the MB diagnostics.

    I'm being told by Autel U.S. support that this is a likely due to a corruption caused by doing an "update all", that was done about a year and a half ago.  They say that if bandwidth is disrupted during an update all it could randomly corrupt modules, and the only way to fix this is to purchase an update.

    Has anybody else experienced this?

     Please reset the MaxiDas App.
    Home/ System Setting/ Apps/ MaxiDas/ Clear Data
    If your DS808 is not solution, Then uninstall the MaxiDas App.
    After the uninstall, you go to ,,,,
    Home/  ES File Explorer/ Scan/ apk_back/ MaxiDas.apk
    Please re install App.
    After a while, you will be notified of system program updates.
